THESE TERMS ARE ABSOLUTE AND CANNOT BE ALTERED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY.  If you cannot follow these terms completely, you are welcome to come as a spectator but we ask you NOT TO BID OR ACCEPT A BIDDERS CARD.  If you do not understand any of these conditions, please ask Paul the auctioneer before bidding.  Once you have been recognized and awarded the winning bid you have been entered into a LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT, which cannot be altered or voided.  Be certain you want the item at the bid amount before bidding.  No transfer of property must register to bid prior to bidding on an item.  You must be 18 years of age to register as a bidder. Children are welcome, but we ask you to keep them with you and during the auction keep them behind the carport seated, Keep them safe.

NO GUARANTEES- Everything is sold as is where is with no guarantees or warranty of any type, regardless of any statements made by any persons in or at the sale. Use your preview time to inspect any and all property you may have interest in.  Rely soley on your own inspection of any fault or flaws prior bidding.  We do not encourage you to bid if you have not made ample preview property.

PAYMENTS- All Purchases must be paid for in full Tuesday by 5PM following the auction. Our hours are on Sunday till 5 PM. Monday and Tuesday are from 8AM to 5 PM.

METHODS OF PAYMENT- We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, any Debit card with a Visa or Master Card Logo.  We have a 2% surcharge fee on Credit Cards this DOES NOT pertain to our Debit card users.  We also accept certified bank checks.  We DO NOT accept ANY personal or business checks.

TAXES AND FEES- This sale has a $100.00 cash deposit on all running vehicles.  There is also a 10% buyers premium in effect which is taxable.  We also have collect a 8.7% sales tax rate, $25.50 title transfer fee and a $35.00 Documentation fee.  If your vehicle needs Replacement Plates, Plates, or Tabs they can be purchased at the time of paying for the vehicle at an additional cost but not manditory. 

ALASKA, DELAWARE, MONTANA, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND OREGON RESIDENTS- In order to meet Washington State on non-taxation requirements, you will need to provide the following proper documents:
State ID or Drivers License and one of the following:
Current Residential Agreement, Property Tax Statement, Utility Bill dated within the previous two months, State Income Tax Return from the previous year, Voter Registration Card, Current Credit Report, Or other approved by Department of Revenue.

ANNOUNCEMENTS- Any announcements on the day of auction shall take precedence over any other previously advertised or stated conditions. Listen to the openeing announcements.  Additional information or terms during the course of the auction may relate to specific items and removal.
